Professional Development

To access courses you are registered for please visit Blackboard and log in using the same login and password used for the PD Portal. It can take 15 minutes for your registration to appear on Blackboard. Your access time begins immediately after registration and cannot be extended. Please refer to your registration confirmation for access time.

The withdrawal deadlines are as follows and subject to withdrawal fees. If you wish to withdraw after the deadline, full charges apply to the program. Withdrawals, if completed before the withdrawal date, can be done online through the My Orders & Invitations page on our registration portal.

Withdrawal dates are provided on the My Orders and Invitations page.

On demand (eLearning): there are no withdrawals or refunds after registration.

Confirmation of attendance will be emailed as follows:

1. E-Learning/On-demand: will be received within 24 hours of course completion.
2. In-person/Live Seminars: will be received within 30 days of the course end date.

No. However, you may withdraw from the event prior to the withdrawal deadline on the My Orders and Invitations page and register for a new event.

Both members and non-members may register themselves or others into our professional development (PD) seminars. Members and students receive preferred rates on PD events.
