CPA Ontario members who wish to engage in public accounting or provide accounting services to the public must do this through a registered firm.
You can provide accounting services to the public or engage in public accounting on a full-time, part-time, subcontract or consulting basis.

If you have a registered firm, your Firm Representative will need to keep CPA Ontario updated of any changes and pay your annual practitioner due and fees. You must also maintain professional liability insurance.
