Akash Kapoor’s career has been defined by his belief in the transformative power of the CPA skillset. In 2014, he earned the Gold Medal in the Uniform Evaluation, now known as the CFE. Roles at McKinsey & Company, Apple and PwC cemented his reputation as a strategic, high‑impact product leader. Today, he works at the intersection of business strategy and AI. As Senior Director of AI Strategy and Product Management at Workday, he shapes the company’s AI vision by scaling responsible, high‑impact solutions.

Beyond his corporate work, Akash is dedicated to education and community impact. He serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Waterloo and created “PASS Your CPA”, Canada’s first micro‑learning app for CPA candidates, helping them prepare for the CFE and the Professional Education Program.
