When she began her career as a junior staff member, Shaina Watt was supported by mentors who valued her ideas and empowered her growth. Today, she is determined to do the same for others.

As Co‑Managing Partner at HW Partners, Shaina leads firm operations and drives modernization across operations, IT, HR, finance and marketing. She plays a central role in transforming the firm’s systems, ensuring they are built for long‑term scalability and meaningful client impact. Shaina also advises businesses and organizations with a thoughtful, solution‑oriented approach. Her community and mentorship involvement, including serving as Treasurer of the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation, reflects the same commitment to strengthening systems, organizations and the people within them.

Shaina wants to build a workplace and profession that her daughter and family would be proud of.
