With a balance of professional excellence and civic leadership, Bill Graham serves his communities with passion and purpose. Starting his career at Clarkson Gordon in London, Ontario, Bill went on to build a reputation for quality in public practice. As Managing Partner of Graham Scott Enns, he transformed the firm from just three partners to ten partners and nearly 50 staff, creating a culture rooted in client service and relationships. His strategic vision secured major national clients and strengthened the firm’s position as Elgin County’s leading practice, where his legacy lives on following his retirement.

Bill spearheaded fundraising for Elgin County’s first hospice, personally raising over $6 million for the cause. He has supported Big Brothers Big Sisters and St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation and has spent decades fundraising for cardiac disease research. In the words of one of his peers, Bill's ability to bring out the best in colleagues, clients and community members is a testament to his skill in building relationships rooted in mutual respect.
