Daniela Carcasole doesn’t just get the job done – she makes an impact by transforming the capabilities of CPAs. Rising from staff accountant at Ernst & Young Canada to Managing Partner for the Greater Toronto Area, she now leads 4,000 professionals while promoting innovation, inclusion and wellness. Daniela sponsored the firm’s digital audit innovation hub, integrating STEM expertise into assurance teams and influencing practices across North America. As Energy Assurance Leader with extensive experience in renewables, she has guided clients through clean energy acquisitions, capital raises and reporting initiatives, shaping the profession through bold ideas and collaborative leadership.

Daniela serves on the Italian Chamber of Commerce board and has raised over $125,000 for breast cancer research through the CIBC Run for the Cure. She also chairs the CPA Ontario Foundation, championing education for Indigenous and Black students pursuing their CPA designation.
