Heather Strati believes building better businesses creates a better quality of life for everyone in the community. A highly respected leader within Deloitte and beyond, Heather is currently the firm’s Co-Leader for Ontario Private Audit, Large and Complex Group. Known for her collaborative leadership, she has shaped audit practices, mentored countless professionals and championed student engagement in the CPA path.

Heather is also an influential leader and advocate in her home of Brampton. Through decades-long involvement with the Brampton Board of Trade, including as Chair, she has helped build a vibrant, thriving city and championed transformative wins like the Toronto Metropolitan University Medical School and expanded GO service, earning her the recognition of Business Person of the Year in 2022. Also a passionate supporter of cancer research, education, and youth and women’s leadership, Heather is delivering a brighter future for the next generation.
