Jessica Glendinning, FCPA, FCA

Jessica Glendinning’s journey with McGovern Hurley began as a co-op student in 2001, and by age 28 she was a partner helping to grow the firm from 25 to 90 professionals. She led the firm through the transition of multiple audit methodologies and has contributed to the smooth succession in generational leadership. As the firm’s Audit Leader, she guides McGovern Hurley’s audit practice, contributing to its position among the top 10 firms in Canada by public company client volume, auditing approximately 150 reporting issuers annually.
For Jessica, leadership is rooted in supporting others and fostering growth. She has served on CPA Ontario’s Public Accounting Licensing Board, helped strengthen the financial governance of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade and delivered guest accounting lectures at the University of Toronto Scarborough. She is passionate about financial literacy for students, entrepreneurs and seniors, and is deeply committed to mentoring future CPAs. Jessica believes in shaping the future of the profession by building confidence in others.
