Lynn Norton, FCPA, FCA

Lynn Norton has spent decades supporting business growth and community impact. As COO of Butler Automotive Group, he and the senior management team steered the company and its affiliated dealerships through remarkable growth, from 250 to over 850 employees and revenues approaching $850 million. They also founded Leisure Days RV Group, now Canada’s largest RV dealership network. Lynn serves on several external independent boards, including Hydro Ottawa Holding Inc.

He also drives his community forward. Alongside his company founder, he administered the Loaves and Fishes Fund of Ottawa to fight food insecurity in the Ottawa region. Lynn is a top fundraiser for the National Motorcycle Ride for Dad, raising funds for prostate cancer awareness and research, and his family has hosted annual cottage days for kids through Big Brothers Big Sisters. He also spent 20 years coaching and managing youth sports. Passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs and helping “diamonds in the rough” achieve their potential, Lynn believes that the real engine of success is making a positive difference in the lives of others.
