A trusted leader in audit and assurance at Deloitte, she is the firm’s go-to audit partner for complex global organizations that span a host of geographies and regulatory regimes. She has guided clients through complex challenges, including the landmark transition to IFRS 17, a monumental change for the insurance industry. Renowned for her ability to see the big picture, Margaret's expertise has earned her a place on the board of the Accounting Standards Board of Canada where she also serves as Chair of the Insurance Transition Resource Group, helping to improve financial reporting in Canada in the public interest.

Margaret is also deeply committed to mentoring and inclusion.
