Ozench Ibrahim’s career spans over 25 years. As a Senior Partner at KPMG and Leader of the Management Consulting practice for Ontario and Atlantic Canada, she leads with a focus on delivering value, quality and results, building an inclusive culture and high-performing teams. Known for her impressive ability to bridge technical knowledge with business application, Ozench serves some of the firm’s largest financial services clients.

Ozench has served as Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee for York University, as well as the Women’s College Hospital Foundation, where she provided clarity and calm as the organization navigated the COVID-19 pandemic. She also serves on the advisory boards of the Global Risk Institute and VersaFi, and on the Dean’s Global Council at the Schulich School of Business. She is a highly engaged mentor for the next generation of CPA leaders. Ozench is also an inspiration closer to home; her son Darren has chosen to pursue the CPA designation and successfully wrote the September 2025 Common Final Examination.
