With a career that has been described by one of her peers as a dramatic rocket ship ride to the top, Sabrina Fitzgerald has spent 25 years shaping the future of tax services and mentoring the next generation of CPAs. As National Managing Partner of Tax at PwC Canada, she leads a team of over 1,200 professionals, improving staff engagement and driving transformative initiatives, including the Iconic Family program that supports succession planning for some of Canada’s most prominent families. She also helped strengthen PwC’s presence in the federal sector as Ottawa’s Office Managing Partner.

Her commitment to the community is just as impressive. Sabrina serves on the Board of Governors for the Canadian Tax Foundation, contributes to governance at YPO Canada and supported Triathlon Ontario’s efforts to bring Ironman racing to the province. Known for her strategic vision and empathetic leadership, Sabrina is passionate about helping young professionals see what’s possible with the CPA designation and inspiring them to lead with authenticity and purpose.
