Widely recognized for her mentorship, technical expertise and transformative impact, Varinder Bhathal’s career has taken her from corporate finance to investment operations to tax and strategic planning. As Managing Partner, Chief Controller and Treasurer at Sprott Inc. and CFO of Sprott Asset Management, she supported the company's exponential growth. Through her bold leadership, Vinny guided Sprott through key milestones, spearheading their listing on the New York Stock Exchange and strategic acquisitions.

Vinny is deeply committed to mentorship, diversity and community impact. She champions programs that empower women and BIPOC leaders such as Women Get On Board Inc., supports health care through record-breaking fundraising as the Co-Chair of the University Health Network Diwali Gala and advances education as the Chair of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
