Sarah Morgenstern’s extensive career in management consulting includes serving as Country Head for Cubane Consulting Canada and over 13 years with Kearney, where she was a Principal in the Enterprise Transformation practice, leading large-scale transformation initiatives for clients in Canada and the United States in the telecommunications, retail and financial services sectors, with a focus on shared services, outsourcing and performance management. She was also the Co-Founder and CEO of SavvyMom Media, a digital media company, which she launched and exited upon its acquisition, and currently serves as Strategic Advisor and Advisory Board member to several high-growth businesses.
In addition to her role with CPAO Foundation board, Sarah is a member of the Ivey Advisory Board, where she chairs the Ivey Annual Fund and serves on the Development Committee. Sarah also serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of the Bishop Strachan School, where she co-chairs the Development Committee. Sarah is also a past member of the board of directors of CanadaHelps, where she was Chair of the Governance and Strategic Planning Committees. She is a CPA and earned an MBA from the Ivey Business School and a BA (Honours) in Economics and Political Economy from the University of Toronto.
