We are proud to announce the Circle of Success Educational Grant developed in close consultation with Black CPAs, educators and business leaders from our Black Knowledge Building Council, post-secondary institutions and CPA Ontario teams. Designed to equip Black students with the necessary knowledge and skills at key stages of education, the grant aims to support the next generation of Black CPAs and business leaders.

Gladys Ola-David

Gladys Ola-David is a first-year Accounting Co-op student at Trent University and a recent graduate of North Toronto Collegiate Institute, inspired early on by her father’s career in accounting. Supported by the Circle of Success Educational Grant, she is pursuing the CPA designation with the goal of building her own brand and inspiring more young Black women to see themselves in leadership and professional spaces.

About the Artist: Curtia Wright

Curtia Wright is a multidisciplinary Fine Artist, Mural Artist and Arts Educator based in Toronto, Ontario. She received her BFA at OCAD University in the Drawing and Painting program in 2015. Her artwork fuses culturally significant symbols into artwork. elements of fantasy, sci-fi and surrealism with vibrant transportive colours used to animate their environments.
